CUSTOMER INFORMATION MasqueNumber.com does not sell or distribute any customer information to any third parties.

Payment: Credit card payments are processed through Paypal.com. Payment information is collected solely for and by PayPal to securely process the order, and is not accessible to MasqueNumber.com.

Email: MasqueNumber.com stores the email address of the registered users for authentification, booking and billing purposes. Email is the primary way for MasqueNumber.com to communicate with registered users for customer support, feedback, billing and promotional codes, all strictly related to MasqueNumber.com product and services.

Phone Number:MasqueNumber.com stores the phone number given by the registered customer solely for the purpose of providing call forwarding services according to the customer's request. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for legal information.

We do not sell phone numbers to any third parties and we do not call customers for any advertizing or any marketing purposes. We may occasionally contact customers using their phone number with their authorization and only for test and technical support purposes.

Others: On a voluntary basis, a registered customer can provide MasqueNumber.com with additional information such as city and country of residence, preferred timezone, preferred currency. MasqueNumber.com stores this information solely for the purposes of providing automated customized services to their customers.

For example, MasqueNumber.com needs the timezone information in order to setup call forwarding options by time of the day according to the chosen location of a customer. A customer can delete this information at any time in their online profile.

COOKIES

MasqueNumber.com servers logs information about visitors, including IP addresses, day and time visited, referring web sites, using Google standard tools. This information is used for site statistic purposes only.

For registered users, MasqueNumber.com uses cookies and IP addresses to store session information so the customer can be redirected to customized configuration pages according to their preferences when login.

CALL LOGS

As required by law, like for any telecom provider, MasqueNumber.com servers automatically log call information such as: day and time of call, call source, call destination, call forward, caller-id, call duration, call status (answered, no answer, dropped, voicemail).

Registered customers can access the same information related to each of their respective calls for each of their Masque Numbers and are encouraged to do so for verification purposes.
A call information is available online to the customer as soon as the call ends. The voicemails are also available onthe customer account and are automatically sent to the email address provided by the customer.

ACCEPTANCE OF PRIVACY POLICY AND FUTURES CHANGES

By registering on MasqueNumber.com, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. MasqueNumber.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this policy at any time.
Please check this page periodically for any changes. After a change in the privacy policy, a notice will be included in the next email to registrants. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of the email announcing the policy change.
